Do you have a money back guarantee?
Absolutely! We take client satisfaction very seriously and strive to provide the best service for you. If you decide that our maintenance plans are not the right fit for you, simply let us know within 30 days and we’ll refund 100% of your plan fee. We’ll also make sure your transition to the next host of your choice goes smoothly. Please note that additional development/support fees are not refundable.
Can I cancel my plan anytime?
Yes! You can cancel your monthly plan anytime with no penalty. Yearly plans can be canceled but cannot be refunded. However, if you cancel mid-term, the prorated unused portion will be saved as credit toward a future yearly plan (not applicable towards monthly plans or other services).
What is a staging environment?
A staging environment is a clone of your website where updates and testing can be performed without impacting your production site. If a plugin update causes any unwanted issues during testing in the staging environment, we’ll catch it so it won’t impact your production site. Our update process compares your staging site before and after updates. We only push that update to your production site if there are no changes to the staging site.

CDN stands for Content Delivery Network. CDNs like Cloudflare store cached copies of your website on their servers worldwide. They filter your website’s traffic through their servers, testing for bots and limiting repeat requests that could knock your site offline.
What is the backup process?
We use a dual-layer backup approach to keep your data safe and accessible. Every day, a backup is saved directly on the server for quick and easy restoration. Simultaneously, a second copy is securely stored in the cloud, providing an additional layer of protection. This dual-layer approach enables one-click restores when we need it, while also keeping it safe even in the unlikely event of a server issue or hardware failure.
